· Our Phenolic caps have excellent gloss, high hardness, and minimal shrinkage deformation. They have not injection gates, made as single thick-walled pieces, resistant to high temperatures, easy to sterilize, and alcohol-resistant. Additional finishes such as plating, printing, hot stamping, UV coating, and matte effects are available. They are widely used in high-end cosmetic cap for cream jars, nail polish, essential oil bottles, and perfume bottles.
